Bicol wakes up early. Buses leave early, shifts start early, and long drives get planned around beating traffic. What does not open early is most of the food.

Several Biggs branches run 24 hours, which means breakfast is available whether you are up before sunrise or still up from the night before.

Order an all day breakfast meal in the morning window and the brewed coffee is free. The window is 6 AM to 10 AM at 24-hour stores and 10 AM to 1 PM at in-mall stores.
