Using the website
You may use this website for your own personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- submit false information, or information about another person without their permission;
- send spam, or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful through our forms or the chat assistant;
- try to disrupt the website, get around its security, or reach parts of it not meant for the public;
- copy or collect its content by automated means.
Menu, prices and availability
Prices shown on this website, and those given by the chat assistant, are our regular menu prices. They may change without notice, and availability may differ by branch. Prices for orders placed through FoodPanda are set on FoodPanda. Please confirm prices and availability with the branch when you order. Menu photos are for illustration.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is automated. It answers from information published on this website, and it may not be complete or up to date. Its answers, including any prices or totals it works out, are for information only and are not an offer or a confirmed order. Arrangements for parties, events and catering are confirmed only by our team directly.
Promos and raffles
Each promo and raffle runs under its own mechanics, published with it, which take priority over these terms where they differ. Entries must use genuine receipts and accurate details; we may disqualify entries that do not.
Job applications and franchise enquiries
Submitting a job application or a franchise enquiry does not guarantee employment, an interview or a franchise. We review each one and contact the people we wish to proceed with.
What you send us
You are responsible for the information you submit being accurate and yours to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use feedback and suggestions you send to improve our food, service and website.
Our content
The BIGGS name, logos, photos, text and other content on this website belong to BIGGS INC. or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or change them without our written permission, except to share a link to a page.
Other websites
This website links to sites we do not control, such as FoodPanda, Google Maps and our social media pages. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.
No warranty, and limits on our liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, BIGGS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine consumer law.
