HOW IT STARTED
Three enterprising friends—Theresa Buenaflor, Consuelo Bichara, and Ma. Carmen Manjon—decided to take a leap and start their own food business back in 1983. They opened a modest takeout counter in Naga City, serving up simple but delicious burgers and fries with fond memories for their customers in mind.
What started as a fun venture quickly became a local favorite. As more people lined up for their tasty meals, the trio expanded their little counter into a comfortable dining area and added exciting new dishes to the menu. Over the past 40 years, that small burger stand blossomed into BIGGS, a beloved restaurant brand offering a wonderful mix of casual dining, Filipino classics, and American favorites.
Today, it has 25 stores in South Luzon dedicated to serving good food, comfortable space, and thoughtful service — 43 years on it is still good times at BIGGS.

In celebration of the 40th year anniversary of BIGGS, the BIGGest event of the year The BIGGS Fair at Plaza Quezon, Naga City was held. It was a showcase of exceptional talents from our very own local artists, featuring performances, dance showdowns, and battle of the bands. And, entertaining games for everyone to enjoy with exciting prizes.
