Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:

  • Local Delivery – available for Metro Manila and nearby provinces only

Delivery Areas:

  • Any point in Metro Manila
  • Laguna: San Pedro, Binan
  • Rizal: Cainta, Antipolo, Taytay, Angono
  • Cavite: Bacoor

Shipping Fees:

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: P150

Shipping Timeline:

  • Next Day deliveries only. Order cut-off 11AM.
  • Orders received Monday-Friday will be processed and delivered the next day.
  • Orders received during the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
  • No deliveries on Sundays and holidays
  • Delivery schedule: Monday-Saturday (8am-6pm)
  • Please manage the timeline of your orders.

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm Mondays to Saturdays
  • Deliveries during holidays are subject to our manpower availability
  • Delivery updates are sent via email and text on the day of delivery
  • Rider will call or text when he’s on his way and nearby
  • In case of severe weather or other uncontrollable factors, deliveries might be delayed.
  • Upon delivery, please check your items for any discrepancies and inform us immediately

Returns and Refunds:

For Order related concern such as incomplete, missing and incorrect received of items:

  • Concern/s should be filed within 48hrs upon received of items
  • Items should be sealed and not yet consumed
  • Email us at inquiry.biggs@gmail.com with order number, invoice and a proof of received items (photo)
  • We will verify the concern and provide the customer the corrective action within 24hrs

Here at Biggs, we value your satisfaction with our products. We are committed to sourcing the best raw materials and practicing strict industry standards on sanitation, hygiene, and food handling. We also ensure our partner couriers understand the fragile nature of our products and handle them with care.

  • Refunds and/or replacements are offered subject to quality standards.
  • Reach out to our customer service or email us  at inquiry.biggs@gmail.com with order number, invoice and a proof of received items (photo)
  • We will verify the concern and provide the customer the corrective action within 24hrs

Please note that Biggs does not honor request for Exchange of items at any times. All orders once fulfilled and delivered are final.
